My name is Guy Farmer and I design and facilitate self-awareness workshops that help people discover how wonderful they are and practice positive behaviors so they can live happy personal and professional lives.
Self-awareness is the process of learning about yourself and becoming the most joyful, fulfilled, balanced, effective and authentic you possible. When you live life based on who you really are, things make more sense and you’re able to connect with your greater purpose. You don’t have to pretend to be someone else or live in a way that doesn’t resonate deep inside you.
Many of the challenges and obstacles in people’s personal and professional lives arise from not being self-aware. It’s impossible to be completely happy if you’re not living based on the real you, no matter how hard you try to pretend everything’s fine. Eventually the facade cracks, you notice it and other people do as well.
For nearly twenty years, I’ve helped a wide range of forward-thinking, talented people let go of the things that don’t work and do things that get them better results and make them happier. I love working with kind, creative individuals who are highly motivated to grow and explore new opportunities.
Throughout my professional career, I’ve challenged people to take a deeper look at themselves and increase their self-awareness. I have a master’s degree in social work and many years experience in workshop facilitation and consulting. I’ve had the pleasure of working with leaders from Fortune 500 companies and a wide range of public and private organizations. At every level, I’ve found that many people possess amazing gifts and talents that they try to ignore even when they instinctively know they’d be happier if they would use them.
I love helping people build self-awareness because I know firsthand that it makes them happier and more successful. I get excited when I see people doing the difficult but rewarding work necessary to overcome their fears so they can shine. I am an enthusiastic believer in people’s ability to find their true path and I’m fortunate to help them do it every day.
I look forward to learning more about you,
Guy
